Try some acetone, mineral spirits, or MEK (all are available at your local Home Depot or Lowe's) but do NOT get it on the window gasket and paint since it will damage it. If that doesn't work all you can do is very carefully scrape it with a single edge razor blade (also available at Home Depot or Lowe's)

A razor blade held at the sharpest angle possible and keep the window wet with Windex as you scrape or you can scratch the windscreen.

Perhaps some Goo Gone? Or you can try rubbing alcohol. Since it is on the window, it shouldn't hurt it.
