Now I'm really confused! Is it the majority of British people saying orientated? And Americans saying oriented? Its a British website, maybe I should just go with the majority

Orientated is accepted British usage. Oriented is gaining in popularity, having been imported from across the Atlantic.

Customer-service oriented is more apt to use since you will use it in describing a particular job service. Meaning to say your company is an expert and oriented in the field of dealing with customers. Note: The word customer-service must also be hyphenated to indicate a connection.

Dear oui5e:
It is not hard to answer this one and i wonder why some has chosen the latter (orientated ) as correct.
So read this part and also check it for yourself:

orientate
verb [T]
another form of the word ORIENT

orient1 WORD ORIGIN
verb [T]
1 be oriented to/toward to have as its main purpose or area of interest:
• Our curriculum was heavily oriented toward science and math.
• an investment plan that is oriented toward steady growth rather than high returns --see also -ORIENTED
. . . .

-oriented
[in adjectives]
work-oriented/family-oriented etc. mainly concerned with or paying attention to work, family etc.:

So you see that which one is the correct answer,

I would say Customer service oriented or Customer Service is my profession. Orientated sounds like constipated! Sounds to harsh if you know what I mean!
