were is the power steering pump in a 2002 monte carlo?

pop the hood and look for your belt. should be on passenger side of car. p/s pump will be toward the back of the engine at the top. there is a cap on it so you can check fluid level

The most likely place for it is about the middle of the motor at the top of the serp belt area. Can't be anymore specific unless you state what motor you have. All it is is a plastic container with a cap and a metal body underneath with a pulley attached.
