your presure reg switch is bad or out of adjustment the differential pressure is set too low and the pump doesn't kick in soon enough to maintain pressure

it could be a lot of things. first,2 hoses uses about13 gall per min. thats alot of flow. most residential wells can't keep up.
second, what is the air pressure in the new tank. it should be 2 # less than the turn on pressure of the new switch. ( tank also could be bad from factory)
third, you might need the type of reg. that has a manual reset on it.
The first thing to do is use one hose only. if it works , then its the flow of the well.

Maybe it is not wired up right. Who installed it?
