Have to say. Don't know too much abut him. He seems to be more conservative than Blair. He climbed to the top of british political ladder the hard way, by toiling in the politics for decades. I trust (at least hope) he will be make prudent decisions based on evidence and proven methods instead of false pretencies which Blair had more tendency of doing.

As for whether Brown is worse or better than Blair, I don't think anyone can say either definitely. Blair's legacy as PM has not played itself out yet, and we have only seen glimpses of what Brown can do. Also, if Labor party loses its majority with the upcoming election, Brown will not be PM anymore. At least point, I can only wait and see.

He is okay, not as charismatic as Tony Blair, but who cares. He is just a figure head... A Person who reads speeches that are prepared by his staff army of 80+ people with their fancy degrees and years of experience in whatever field they came from.

in spite of the undeniable fact that suitable or incorrect (reckoning on which component to the political fence you stand) Gordon Brown's comments have been he's entitled to his very own specific view. The involvement of the British PM in US elections isn't something new and whichever occasion they are closer to in ideals they are possibly to help. a high-quality occasion might properly be considered in the process the 1992 US election between Bush Snr and Clinton. The Bush camp approached the then top Minister and fellow conservative, John significant, to discover something "smart" to apply against their democrat rival whilst he have been at Oxford college. significant chanced on the marijuana incident and exceeded this on, better to the infamous "no longer respiratory in" fact. This became to reason slightly tension between the two leaders whilst Clinton became elected and easily till Tony Blair became elected in 1997 did the reasonable frosty relationship between the two international locations soften.

He can definitely hold his own with the press. Somewhat boring, and that can be good for a politician. We will have to wait and see how he handles policy.
