You haven't specified what software you are using. Anyhow, usually it will be by clicking VIEW and then toolbars and then select which toolbars you want. You may also be in full screen mode, try pressing F11 or F12 or Alt+Enter. Hope this helps.

Do you really want them. I dumped all mine . Slowed me up and a lot of rubbish comes in with them I can manage quite well without them
