The very very first thing I NOTICE is their figure and how they dress. That doesn't mean it's the first thing I'm attracted to, just the first thing I notice.

In the order that I notice girls:
Body (The way she walks and holds her self)
Face (Nice smile, sparkling eyes, clear complexion)
Personality (If she pass the first two then I talk to her to find out about her likes and loves)
This is my truthfully answer please do not get offended but if I do not find her form pleasing and she does not hold herself with confidence then I am not put off a little.

Her dress because its the dress one looks from a distance, if sharp & fit dress one's attention draws attraction towards it.
Next thing come accross is Dress finess, if dress is almost fit on her body showing figure and curves, ones attraction stick on it, after that one's eyes catches on girls looks, and other body parts. Other things as usual.

face, is she smiling or frowning
eyes, like to see what she is looking at. (provided she is not looking at the ground all the time, too shy)
clothing, nice or sloppy.
body appeal, hour glass, shapely (look like a woman)

How tall is she.. ? Is she fat.. Is she skinny? Face, smile?, Does she have boobs? hair, Clear-ish Skin?, Teeth, Her Voice. Whats she like.. does she seem nice..
