Anyone who thinks Bush has done ANYTHING good for the U.S. is just in denial.

The whole world knows he's a failure, I guess the 25% or so in the U.S. who still love him see something billions of people don't?? Or they're just puppets.

Iraq made us LESS secure, much much less secure. We put less troops than police officers in NYC in Afghanistan, let bin Laden get safe haven in Pakistan but attacked Iraq as if they had actually attacked us or were plotting to do so. We took out an enemy of bin laden and raised terrorist recruiting to unseen levels.

It's pretty much common knowledge now that this Iraq war was plotted well before 9/11 and was fought for insincere reasons. Most likely Bush wanting to get revenge for his father who was smart enough not to start a civil war in the middle east.

Bush needed a passport before he ran for president, meaning he NEVER saw the outside world. He didn't know what a Sunni and a Shia was before the Iraq invasion. I wouldn't think that's a little important to know...

Now you could call me a liberal whatever, but I'd prefer to be called a person with common sense. This shouldn't be a liberal or conservative issue, it should be common sense. But if you want to blindly follow a former coke-head who thinks god's talking to him, be my guest, or just use your brain even you even have one.

WAKE UP PEOPLE!

One way to calculate the damage is to look at the increase in the national debt. It took 200 years to get to 4 1/2 trillion, and Bush only took seven years to double it. Another way to graphically see the damage would be to compare before and after pictures of Baghdad and all the other large Iraqi cities. The third way might be to look at a map of the Middle East in 10 years.

The damage is really infinate. But on the bright side it has damaged - probably killed the PNAC philosophy, which is a good thing. This administration has pretty much killed any hope they had for the PNAC blueprint, now, and in the future. I suppose if anything good came out of this administration it is that.

The Bush regime has pulled us out of the quagmire of the Clinton administration. We are clearly on the right path. Look at the facts:
1) Economy is surging forward, shown by stock market and overall business profits
2) Wages are at all time highs
3) Unemployment is at a decades low
4) 0 attacks on the US since 9/11
5) Slow, but steady progress in Iraq
6) Terrorists network extremely disrupted

What more evidence do you need?

I am not sure I like your question.

I agree that this is an administration that has performed on the whole poorly. Historically bad.

However, I think that America can meet any challange placed before us...I will not hide and watch but I will stand with honor and watch.

It is really simple to calculate really.
1)take the amount you get from welfare
2)Add the amount you get from food stamps
3)add that total to what you would have had to pay the Dr.s for medicaid
4)multiply that amount by the number of liberal pansies who haven't been killed in a terrorist attack
5)Arrive at the total monetary damage Bush has done

Its going to take years. With all the secrecy and the wall between the people and the Executive branch, we can't even BEGIN to tally the numbers of things the Cheney/Bush administration has done to the United States politically, economically, socially, and militarily. Hand's down Bush's war will be seen as America's worst foreign policy blunder in history.
