If Aggregated diamond nanorods was to be hit really extremely hard by a titanium jackhammer will it break like a diamond would?

Would Aggregated diamond nanorods break/crack (as big and as thick as a arm bone) if shot by a gun that is strong enough to pierce through tank

Nanorods or strictly speaking whiskers have extremely good mechanical properties that agrees with theoretical calculations due to NOT existence of any defect and dislocations.
Slipping of dislocations lowers mechanical strength of materials and thus they deform easily.
But note that there are weak bonds between nanorods in aggregates so they may break from the junctions...

If you were perfectly armored,
and the armor was struck by an anti tank gun,
your body would still have to absorb the energy of the strike.
Spreading it about would make little difference.
You'd be jam.
