If I did not already have the software or equipment to do it, that would probably be a sign to call a pro. (TEch. Support)
You might try the "Geek Squad"

Not sure I understand your question. Do you need more free space on your harddrive? Or do you need more memory to run programs? Or do you simply want to reinstall your computer to remove some of the clutter that your operating system has build up over the years?
If the first is the case: see what files you can delete. Download a program called CrapCleaner (http://www.ccleaner.com, freeware), that usually helps too. Copy big files to CD or DVD. Check to see if they're still working from CD (or DVD), then remove them from your harddrive.
In the second case: remove all programs you don't use anymore. Goto Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs, and remove the programs from there. After you're done removing those programs, download Crap Cleaner and run that to remove any "left-overs" from the registry. Reboot and see if that has helped. If not, you might be better of buying some more RAM. Check the Task Manager to see if there aren't any unwanted programs running in the background. If there are, find out if they're viruses or spyware and remove those.
In the third case: backup all files you want or need (like your word documents, e-mail, etcetera). Put the installation CD in the drive and reboot your computer. Choose to format your entire harddisk when asked. Install all updates and a virusscanner. Put your backup back.

Totally 2 diiferent items. Hard drive space does help memory with virtual space. I doubt if thats what you mean. Do you need more free space on your hard drive? Or is your system starting to crawl, where you point, click, and wait.
Re-word your question please.

Please don't cross post. You've asked the question once and that's all you need to do. In other forums, cross posting is considered evil and you could get banned.
