A million times this has been asked. Try typing it in the search bar. Yes, they dream but it is within their own knowledge of the world. I've searched it before and there are some very knowledgeable explanations out there. They dream of voices, sensations and situations just like you and I do but the experience of visual things is dependent on their ability to sense light and what it represents for them.

Yes - they dream in "soundscapes". People born blind usually have exceptional audio skills, unless they have damage to that too, in which their dreams would probably be "tactile" - they would experience the sense of touch, heat, pain, or pleasure. Only if a person is severely brain damaged might this not be the case.

Same as everyone else!
Just because you don't see a thing with your eyes it doesn't mean you don't know what it looks like, touch, smell, descriptions etc helps make the mental pictures of what dreams are made of!
Great question though!

this is a good question but i would imagine they do dream because they have thoughts and they hear and feel just as much as a sighted person

You will probably get more serious answers from the Dream Interpretation section.
