wash my face with a cold rag...it usually helps and calms me down a bit...refreshes me as well

Hang out at Yahoo! Answers. If it happens in public, I try to do something involving movement. Like walk around a bit, find things to do, anything to keep me from running off at the mouth or being too hyper for people to be able to tolerate me!

I play solitaire...once ive won two/three games in a row i know i've calmed down enough to focus on the game. Then i can get back to something more important. Works for me everytime.
