as i said thx 4 the answers, now i know they roughly go back between 3rd n 7th i can plan my trip, want to avoid school holidays as every1 going will have little ones, the eldest being 3years, thats why i wanted to wait as we didn't want to take them 2 a theme park on a busy day

My middle one goes on 4 Sept my youngest 5 sept and my eldest 6 sept so I would wait till 7th to be safe!

We are in worcestershire and the offical date is 3rd September but due to the shake up in the tier system the schools may not be ready in time.
If your planning a day out i would personnally make it the last week in August just to be on the safe side.

I am a high school music teacher. I hope you would have known this by now, but every county of every state in the United States has its own board of education and its own school calendar. Since you didn't tell us where you're from, this is impossible to find out.

i am in ireland. mine are back monday the 3rd.
edit - this is primary, the secondary go back before that. and it varies from school to school.
