For example...my sister in law has
"Live well, laugh often, love much."
I'm a female Christian, 50 years, prone to depression, I've experienced real positive turnarounds and heart changes. I want something not annoyingly too Christian, something encouraging, inspiring, true. Surprise me with your creativity!

I was happy to read that you've had real positive turnarounds and heart changes. Congratulations to you! Then I read a comment like "...not annoyingly too Christian..." How sad a comment that is.

I find quotes I love all the time and use them at the end of my emails. Here is a favorite:
"...when we are with other people, they should be able to see Jesus' love
in our faces, should feel his compassion and concern in our hands. Now,
I secretly sometimes think that Jesus watches my neurotic struggles, and
he shakes his head and grips his forehead and starts tossing back tequilas."

Live life to the fullest - that's why it's called the present!
And BTW - have you tried vitamin B and a regular 30 minute walk for that depression? It has worked wonders for several people I know...

Why not use an adaptation of an Irish slogan,
"Enough to you".
It comes from a great long list including, enough food, enough love, enough quiet time, enough sunshine, enough laughter etc and so on. You get the idea.

Not a Christian source, but a wise one nonetheless:
"Find a job you love and you'll never work a day in your life."

"This Message Will Explode In 3 Seconds" ... use to be what I put at the end of my e-mail messages I sent out ... an Inspector Gadget thing.
Now, I just leave a link to my MySpace.

Before God we are all equally wise - and equally foolish.
Life is a balance of holding on and letting go.
Things do not change; we change.
Life is change and change is life.
Smile, it makes people wonder.'
The best things in life aren't things.

Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass. . . .
It's about learning to dance in the rain
