Just Google "free website" or "free website hosting".
But don't expect to see your site on Google - only premium account sites are likely to get a listing.

I hate to burst your Bubble, but you may find part of what you need free, but you for sure will not find a Domain name free, and you for sure will not find a Web Host for free. There are several that offer you a free software to build your site and then what you have a site built where do you put it and who with and what is your URL ( Domain Name ) so you know. There are hundreds out there but don't be fooled NONE ARE COMPLETLY FREE.
