The President meets with traitorous cowards like Pelosi, Murtha, et al. so why not meet with some patriots from broadcast radio?

I'm not sure "secretive" is a good term, everyone that listened to any talk radio program in the past week knew about it. It's the subject matter that's being held close to the vest.

Personally, I think that immigration was probably a major topic, since most of the guests are big opponents of Bush's policies in this area.

It doesn't bother me and it shouldn't bother anyone else.
1) The democrats have already shown they don't want to have Fox at their debates.
2) The entire press corp knew during the Clinton years that if you didn't play nice with Bill you didn't get close to him.

So this game has been going on for sometime. Considering the all out war that Bush faces when he walks into a press conferences. So what is the big deal if he wants to talk to someone friendly for a change?

Beck is no push-over and "reads" people very well. Since he has been particularly hard on the President and came out of that meeting, generally, very positive and upbeat, it gave me more hope for Iraq especially than I have felt in a long time.

i'm attempting to decipher the precise question here. in the journey that your asking if / why Bush did interviews with Fox New community host Brit Hume, i could say using fact it somewhat is his activity to fulfill and tell the clicking. could you ask the comparable style question if he did interviews with hen Noodle information (CNN) host Wolf Blitzer?

Maybe the meeting was due to the fact that conservative media will not twist the Presidents words like the liberal media is notorious for doing.

Previous post by "truth" pretty mcuh covers it. I do however have one criticizm for Glenn, Rush and Sean. They need to talk much more slowly and use more simplistic language, so the Democrats will be able to understand and enjoy their work also.

Secret meeting that you are asking about on Y!A, do you even realize how silly this sounds. If it was "SECRET", you wouldn't know it happened.

Right wing radio is to Bush what Pravda was to Stalin.
