I need a new power supply to handle my graphics card, i'm running a 450W PSU and the specs with my card say that is the minimum spec, it's making the card quite jumpy. Anyway it requires atleast 30A on a 12V rail. Could anyone recommend a decent PSU at about 600W with over 30A @ 12V rail.

Get ATX V2.01, 2.2 or 2.3. They have dual +12V rails. Sample:

19+20 amps on the +12V rails.
