I got cricket 2007 for the pc and when i play it becomes blurry when i hit, theres a mini video (like 4 4s)?

Im using an extra drive for the CD because my computer doesnt have the thing where for the you put the CDs to operate. How do i tell weather it is that or the CD? And how do i fix it if it is the drive. Please answer quick because i have to know wheather to return it or not.Thanks.
