Certainly. First, she has to win the Democratic nomination. She's certainly the current favorite, but she has a long way to go. Any number of things might derail her lead.
Should she win the nomination, she would then have to overcome a number of obstacles: 1) for a number of reasons, she has been made into the embodiment of Evil Incarnate by a number of very angry American voters who will make it their mission to vote against her; 2) she is a woman -- worse, a bright and strong and articulate woman; 3) the Republicans have become much more adept than the Democrats at playing hardball when it comes to campaigning; 4) in a close election, we would be foolish to discount the electronic voting shadow that has been cast over our elections over the past 10 years,
A Hillary Clinton presidency is hardly a sure thing.

First of all, we don't know for sure who either party will have yet. It just seems that she is in the lead for the Dems as of now. It seemed once upon a time that there was a sure thing candidate, that newspapers even pre printed the headline, Dewey Beats Truman. Remember that from history class? And I knew a lot of people who swore that George H. W. Bush would get a second term, and Clinton won. Until the party tickets solidify next year we won't really have a clue, and even then nothing is for sure until election day!

no longer in 2012. Obama would be a sitting president then (except a tragedy happens in the era in-between) and as Ted Kennedy proved with Jimmy Carter, it is impossible to united statesa. an incumbent president in the primaries, even whilst he's screwing up miserably! Hillary will might desire to attend till a minimum of 2016 -- and with a bit of luck till you-be conscious of-the place freezes over!

It's not a lock. Hilary does not have a middle of the road, you either hate her or love her. I hate her. She used NY to become a Senator, she tolerated extra marital affairs for power, whe was responsible for travelgate, she promoted executive pardons of some really terrible people for campaign contributons, she sold the Lincoln bedroom for contributions, she has not given any plans for Iraq, or to fight terrorsim, she eared over 25 million during her stay in the white house her greed and lust for power is so obsious that anyone who would want her for a president needs to seek thearpy.
Right now Rudy is ahead ti a two way match, but the press wil start to hammer him o this marital situation, since the press wants Hillary. But watch for Fred Thompson coming up. He's the cloeses thing to Ronald Reagan in quite a while.

I like the way u put this question, and it reflects your character as a true gentleman. Barbra Walters asked this woman if she would ever consider being a candidate if "Democrats asked her" here is what she replied; "I will tell them to take an aspirin before a good night sleep". Until now nothing shows that Democrats are disparate, and before they even ask her she invites herself!

Yes the guy from Law and Order is way taller.
Americans traditionally elect whoever is the tallest.
Bill Clinton altered his hair style about half way through his campaign when after a debate he realised that he and his opponent were the same height!

Sorry, as a New Yorker, I know that Hillary has done nothing for this state so I'd hate to see what she would do for this country.

Thank you, intelligent? and eloquent Republicans for expounding your limited , yet colorful opinions? But, Alfred E. Newman would be a better presidential winner, rather than another Republican!
