Most expat will go to an agency for assistance. So you should offer your services through an agency for them to match.

An agent is your best bet. What are your circumstances? Are you currently working in Singapore? Can you get a release paper? Do you have any qualifications or prior experience.

If you are legally here in Singapore I can recommend a good agent if you send mail.
