I chose a career that is dominated by men.
When i am at college i used to like being one of the few girls in the classroom.
Now when i am at work (internship) i am just feeling some if not a lot of discrimination and prejudice against women.
It is as if my boss prefers working with the other guy more.
Do you feel that in your work?
P.S.: I have the same skills in this domain as the other guy if not better.
Th only thing that is making me a little bit happy is that tomorow is saturday.

Well, in my work im the only female against 150 men, so it's nice sometimes i do get a lot of attention, but what sucks about it is that when im away for 5 more minutes or i am late, they usually notice and start calling me on my cell phone, while other men are usually an HOUR late, and no one seems to notice but me :(, so yeah thats discrimination to m e

I'm against this completely - although I must be honest I can't trust women in certain careers like some fields of surgery - but normally and to be fare if girls like what they do they are as qualified and excellent as boys that like the same work .
I'm a guy [ as I can recall lol ] and sometimes I feel sad cz someone is getting more opportunity than me because he has some connection , this sucks , so kiko I do know [ for some extent what u feel ] how do you feel , if you want me to come and bring the guys to kik some asss just ask {:-)

Edit : ok good at any job , just cheer up

I feel that there is some discrimination against people who are single, as opposed to those who have families. I feel that is not fair. There's always an excuse, "my kid this or my husband/wife that," it seems like there are always accomodations for them, and the singles have to make up for that.
