I don't think so....the possible explanation for that I think is because we intend to think much of that person..and also because of our admiration even in our subconscious, mind that intent feeling goes in...then dreams usually are the things that bother us,consummate our reality mind,the things we motivatedly forget and all the things store in our subconscious..so dream has a connection to our daily lives but it maybe come true but not guaranteed to happen always.
