The "Cigar Lighters" are universally standardised. Many people wrongfully call it the "cigarette lighter". It has been called the "Cigar Lighter" since the early days of motoring. This was simply because the only people with cars were extremel wealthy and male. Most smoked cigars to impress others. Having a cigar lighter was a luxury. It would be like having a DVD player in today's cars. Anyway, the answer is yes! However, it would be wise to take a spare battery or two as well.
