From what I can find, it's not really a specific day set aside for a holiday, but instead it is a tour for knitters that has been set up by a tour company. You could contact the company that has placed the ad (not the internet address given in the ad), find the name of the company somewhere in the ad.

There was this one, and you can send an e-mail to find out if there will be more.
