first of all let me make it clear to you that There is no such thing as "congenital absence of the hymen", ie it is a myth that girls are born without a hymen. The most common formation of the hymen is crescentic or crescent-shaped, although several other formations are possible. After a woman gives birth she may be left with remnants of the hymen called carunculae myrtiformes or the hymen may be completely absent.

The hymen has no known anatomical function. In societies which value chastity, the greatest significance of the hymen is a traditional belief that an intact hymen indicates a state of intact virginity. However, it is not possible to confirm that a woman or post-pubescent girl is a virgin by examining the hymen.

IN SHORT YOU DONT HAVE TO BOTHER ABOUT IT, STAY COOL!

Your question is vague. But if you are wondering if shes a virgin it is not a 100% indicator. Some girls have a hymen that would be considered normal where during the first penetration of something larger than a tampon it will break. Others have a super thick one that has to be removed upon a vag. exam, thus the hymen is not present and she is still a virgin. Lastly some girls are born with no hymen and they are still virgins. So if not sure just ask about virginity status most will be honest to the one they want to give it io.

If you are a girl belonging to a community in which presence of hymen till marriage is necessary and it is to be proved by bleeding at first i/course, I will suggest hymenoplasty. I was at a hospital in one country where occasionally this was done for whatsoever the reason. A torn hymen is reconstructed so that girl will bleed at the first i/course (I mean first after the operation!).
I hope it will be useful to you.
Good luck!

You don't have to do anything. You are a virgin until you have sex. Hymens can be broken from other things (tampons, sports, an accident, an illness)

It is not necessry that you have to lose the hymen due to intercourse. It may get ruptured due to masturbation, vigourous exercise, hoarse riding, gym, cycling, running etc. Do not worry, no hymen does not mean that she is not virgin!

If it is absent by birth one cannot do anything. Now - a - days people utilise hymenoplasty, a surgical method of making an artificial one, resembling original one.
