Not really , I think a grilled cheese is comfort food especially with a bowl of tomato soup, it sounds good at 5:39am, so I give a thumbs up for it at 2:30am. If mom changes the sheets , try not to get crumbs in the bed or on the sofa.

No. But, to put the idea of a grill cheese sandwich into someones head that doesn't have access to cheese and bread at 2:30am...IS!

It all depends on how fast your metabolism really is, I guess.






P.S. Are on the West Coast at the moment? It's gone 4:30 am over here and I'm eating a green apple! Is that bad of me?

Yes! Its bad to have anything that is made of cheese at 2:30AM, body will be idle and will not be able to handle excess of fat intake... chances are less that your Body be able to digest that Fat. Causes Obasity... so do not have anything when its time for your body to get some serious rest.

I like cheese, though when I eat it late at night I seem to have a restless sleep with really strong dreams. See how you go!

No way, Grilled Cheese is comfort food, and there isn't any better time to be comfy that at 2AM.

If you want it go for it. I just got done eating mac n cheese and it's 3:30 am here! I've done it alot, and i'm still skinny as ever!!
