yes it can be done, normally about 80% to 20% diesel, you have to strain it and crack it, a complicated process but you can get kit, then you have to pay the excise man, if you do loads of milews worth it, otherwise get friendly with a road haulage boss, many use their own fuel

You must pay duty on ALL road fuel regard less. You MUST keep records of all the oil that you use as road fuel and seek to pay the duty. If you do get pulled by HM Customs and Revenue and you do not have complete records you'll loose you car plus a fine and estimated back duty On the other hand you could chance it like the thousands of other people that are doing it.

Yeh my mate he buys it in huge tubs from the warehouse and he runs his diesel car on it for about 50p per gallon. His car runs ok but it's a banger and he only paid a few £££'s for it. It runs ok and never lets him down. U need to buy SVO which is straight vegetable oil its much more viscous (thicker) then you don't need a conversion
Go to http://journeytoforever.org/biodiesel_svo.htm for more information..Hope this helps and have a nice day.
