Sengunitb1 - just writing out the definition of fascism and making a few statements does not constitute a valid argument as to why all parties and people opposed to the BNP in the British Political System are fascist. You need to link the statement with the claim, utilising something important called "evidence".

you can vote for who you like as we live in a democratic country . But i think that if by some chance the BNP were voted into power that the rest of the world would not talk to them just like they have done in Palestine with hamas .
so if you do agree with there views there is no point voting for them as it will be pointless

I can't stand the BNP (scroll on my profile and look at the other questions I have answered regarding the BNP), but their transport policies are actually not bad. Most political parties have at least one policy that I could imagine liking, but one policy out of countless hundreds isn't going to be enough to make me vote for a far right bigoted, racist, fascist party. That said, even mainstream parties have trouble finding supporters who like EVERY single policy of that particular party. I quite like the Lib Dems policies (their leader is crap, but that is another debate entirely), but I don't agree with the change in policy they have come up recently regarding tax.

I don't vote for them simply because I don't agree with any their views.
They may try to pretend to not be racist by appealing to the middle class in their Oxbridge educated candidates and new suits, but I've been around too long to remember their days when quite a few of them were in the National Front.

I've read their manifesto and they have some interesting policies

such as:

End the war in Iraq

Return the railways to public ownership

Stop the use of Speed Cameras, institute flexible speed limits, from 20mph outside schools to 90mph on motorways

More modern apprenticeship places to increase the number of skilled people in this country (so we don't need to import labour from overseas and all Brits get the chance of a decent job)

Fair Pensions

More social housing (for which asylum seekers can't jump the queue. Brits first).

Out of the EU (stoppng the tide of Polish and other East European migrants)

Institute Sarah's Law giving parents the right to know the whereabouts of convicted paedophiles

Less money wasted on politically correct projects and the EU, more on bobbies on the beat, nurses and doctors.

Encourage people to celebrate their own culture - English Welsh Scots etc

I'm not an expert but to be honest these all sound fairly good on paper. I don't know f I would vote BNP. They have a bad reputation and some of their other polciies (such as bring back the death penalty) are a bit extreme for me. But the ones above all sound good.

As for immigration lets face it everyone is sick of it and not just "white, native" Brits! This country is struggling to provide its citizens with jobs and homes and millions of extra people flooding here for jobs and housing is just making things worse. We need to put a stop to this before we go under.

Mass immigration and open door policy to economic migrants is only feasible in a country where there are less jobs than there are people to do them and plentiful homes.

As it is homeless British families who've lived here all their lives in the UK and paid taxes are languishing on council waiting lists for years whilst asylum seekers who've just arrived here get accommodated straight away in council housing and its making people sick.

Not a Brit. any more but read your source and can only think that a lot of people gave their lives in WW2 to rid the planet of people like these. Don't see why we should have to do it again. Their ideas are about 50 years too late. BTW are they all school drop outs who can't get a job?
