Care to Share ?...I had a "bend down on one knee" proposal, which was romantic, but it was after I had worked a night shift and I sure wasn't "dressed to kill", sort to speak

Well, in my case my hubby fetched from this place where I was taking a course...We just want to unwind and chill out somewhere... So we decided to go to the beach..He suggested riding along a scenic route...but somehow, we managed to get lost all the way to this small corner of this underutilised pier.... I still remember that we were sitting on the steps leading to the "so-called" beach which was fulls of old men , mosquitoes , dogs etc when he sddenly asked me to spend my life with him... I was shocked BUT not that shocked..of coz I said yes to him ......
His second attempt was funnier as he felt so bad proposing to me in such an unromatic environment that he took me out on my birthday to this very nice restaurant..... But his proposal was constantly interrupted by this overzealous waiter who kept asking us whether we need anything... Hahaha ,it was so funny...I feel bad for my hubby...He looked like he's going to explode....

I was lying in a hospital bed attached to heart monitors in the critical care wing watching TV. He leaned over the bed and said, " you know I want to marry you, don't you?" And I said, "yea. I know," and turned back to the TV. Then he said, "no, I'm asking..." So of course I turned back from the TV and said "oh. Ok. Yea. Then I'm saying yes." (And yes, I turned the TV off then.) Suprisingly, my heart didn't do anything to send the nurses running in the room with their crash cart ready to shock me.
(And I certainly wasn't dressed to kill...hospital robe and no shower in days....)
