Go to your local library! You said to suggest a library but without knowing where you live, we can't do that! But check out a local library and you can read all the books you want for free.

All libraries have both recent and old books... wherever is closest to your area, just search on the net!!
If not, go to a local bookstore and just read, if you're really desperate read till they kick you out... i suppose they won't really want you reading their books!!
Discount stores or supermarkets are bound to not really care about people reading books in the shop, so places like wal-mart and target are good... good luck!! ..
But seriously if it's a huge book or something, just buy the book!!
