Nobody
Because the invasion and occupation of Iraq were legal.
Iraq was invaded pursuant to an Authorization for the Use of Military Force, approved by Congress. That AUMF made the actions legal, and Bush has not ordered any large-scale military actions in Iraq that violate federal laws and treaties.
He's done many other illegal things (by his own admission), and the CIA abductions (once proven) would also be illegal -- but the Iraq invasion and occupation are legal.

power follows money, and those in power have gilt hands. In other words: nobody. If you're on the top of the heap, you're pretty much safe... it would take nothing short of a nationwide revolt to actually change anything about this regime. we'll just have to grit our teeth and wait it out another two years...
funny, how a b.j. can get a moderate/slightly left president impeached, but a whacko right-wing one can get away with an illegal war, denying due process to us citizens, religious legislation in a country where church and state is separated, the rape and pillage of habeus corpus, the all but nullifying of the fourth amendment via the patriot act...

Our government believes we have the divine right to spread democracy. The military budget is the biggest in the world and war makes money for Bush. Bush's campaign on terrorism is creating haters around the world and more Muslim extremists everyday. Bush has committed countless crimes against this country and the world.
It is we the people who need to stop him so says the Constitution. If the majority of the country feel that the government is not acting in their interest than it is up to us to disband them and re-elect a new leadership.
I say it's about time.

properly in case you prefer to assert Bush is a murderer then you certainly could desire to assert that JFK is a murderer and all presidents till now and after are murderers. Realistically Bush had no longer something to do with all of that different than for the reality that he replaced into the face of all of it. all the genuine judgements are made in the back of the curtain. in the back of the curtain is the place the super and helpful WIZARD OF oz..is. Freedom in united statesa. is a controversy of perspective. a very loose individual could desire to be allowed to prosper or perish as they see extra healthful. If a individual desires to wreck there life with drugs, properly in a loose society he could desire to be allowed to realize this. If a individual could prefer to die in a automobile crash because of the fact of no longer wearing a set belt, in a loose united states he could desire to be allowed to realize this. yet rather we basically have the assumption of freedom. No-one interior the international is fairly loose, because of the fact human beings like to regulate and to regulate thoroughly. That being reported human beings like to regulate different human beings if no longer by using tension; the will do it by using regulation. the genuine question is, Who writes the regulations?

Sadly, your kind really does not care about the people in Iraq or our soldiers. Like the poor and minorities, your ideology exploits for political gain, you're doing the same thing with this subject.
What you and the Muslim terrorists have in common, is a hatred for the USA, although you have different reasons- yours is hatred of capitalism and theirs is misguided racist fundamentalism.
The terrorists adore you, comrade socialist.

Yawn...more fantasy based ignorant rhetoric from a bottom dwelling internet troll. Not one of your statements is based on hard fact, just the crap that the fringe left generates to attempt to discredit our military as well as a sitting President. Begone oh ignorant one, you bore me (us).
P.S. It must really kill you that the latest efforts in Iraq are working. The left has hitched there wagon to a loss in Iraq, and now that limb they are out on is cracking. Gotta go, the metaphors are running out this late.
