Of course. This is why you see all of them get sacked. It's a heavy burden they have to bear. But they did this to themselves. They just had to push the envelope. Why didn't someone tell them to stop dealing with slots???? Walking down mainstreet at all hours you just see slots waiting for the postal workers to arrive. Just because the slots will open up does not mean the postman had to slide it in. *sigh* Someone really needs to preach to them. If not....... they'll keep returning to sender!!

actually, i think they mail it in a little too easily. i guess the thought of getting fired must envelop their everyday thinking. they also receive fines that they must paper work violation.
