the best thing to do is go in and ask first if s/he has a minute to speak and then apologise with a short explanation ie stressful day, bad news but I should not have taken it out on you, don't go into excuses and long sob stories. Hopefully by taking the inititive to apologise and not wait for the boss may help. let us know what happens x

stand your ground x head high x your boss is a person x hes at work to earn a wage just like you x dont put pressure on yourself x i was always told to picture the person sat on the toilet with no clothes on x brings a smile every time x best of luck x lol
