Liberals love legislating fairness. True equality and wealth redistribution will happen when Hillary empties her bank account and blind trusts, and gives all to the poor, so that her bottom line equals mine..... But thats not what they want is it....

Not liberals -- socialists (see link for the difference).
Liberals oppose govt-sponsored social programs that redistribute wealth -- or any other govt-mandated regulation of business or property.
And socialists support it because it makes everyone equally wealthy -- at least to a minimum standard -- but still allows people to have wealth and property above that minimum.
Which is the difference between socialists and communists -- communists don't allow any private property ownership or any private wealth. Socialists just set a universal minimum.

That's an Oxymoron!! LIberals want everyone to be poor?? Then the rich wouldn't be rich anymore there would be no one left to tax. Seeing as they want to increase taxes on the super rich.

You fear that liberals are going to take something away from you, that you're never going to have anyway. In all Likelihood... you'll never be rich. You'll just be some middle-class shmuck that the rich use as a resource to keep themselves rich.
That's it, that's all.
Besides, liberals don't want you to be poor. They want you not to be poor. Not you, or anyone.

The key point here is the word "us".
The word "us" does not include the liberals. They are the elite of the world and should only live by taxing other. So they think.

What I want to know is, why are so many hard-core lefties so rich? If they really believe the BS they are spewing, why aren't they setting the example?
Isn't it ironically amusing that Hollyweird types insist they have little to no influence on our culture, yet they love to lecture the public about political issues. Why would they bother, if they really have little to no influence?
Funny - all those self-proclaimed socialists never seem to be willing to equally distribute their own wealth.
