my husband has received a letter from the court house saying.
THIS DAY THIS CASE COME ON TO BE HEARD UPON VOLUNTARY STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL PURSUANT TO RULE 41(A) (1), MISSISSIPPI RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE AND THE COURT HAVING HEARD AND CONSIDERED SAME FINDS THAT SAID CASE SHOULD BE DISMISSED.
IT IS, THEREFORE,ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, THAT SAID CASE BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE WITH ALL COST TO BE ASSESSED TO THE PLAINTIFF SO ORDERED AND ADJUGDED ON THIS THE 9TH OF AUGUST 2006.....
