You need to go to see a Urologist ASAP.
You are in way too much pain to ignore it.
It might be Epidydimitis or inflammation of the testicles.

I had it like 3 years ago and my doctor gave me some
Anti-biotics for because it was an infection there too I think.
It gets very swollen, and it hurts even with the slightest touch, right? I know that pain very well and you need to go see a Urologist ASAP.

I'm serious...go see a Urologist ASAP. Let him examine you and tell him all your symptoms. Good luck

My brother had a torsioned testicle and ended up losing one because the local GP stuffed around. He described that as pain "like being kicked in the nuts". Get to a doctor fast you don't want to lose a testicle.

GET TO THE DOCTOR. You may have a torsion (twisting) of the testes which could render you impotent (unable to father children). You could have an infection even if you haven't had sex, you could have a varicose vein, or you could just be bruised. For the sake of your future, I would get to the doctor A S A P! Its not something you want to wait and see about.

Hemorrhoids are associated with constipation and straining at bowel movements. How to get rid of hemorrhoids https://tr.im/L5P7e
Pregnancy is also associated with hemorrhoids. These conditions lead to increased pressure within the hemorrhoidal veins that causes them to swell. Other conditions, for example chronic liver disease, may also cause increased venous pressure and may be associated with hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are very common and are estimated to occur in up to one-half of the population by age 50.
