BET but no WET?

Question

Why is there black entertainment television, but no white entertainment television? There is even latino entertainment television.

The logic just doesn't make sense.

Those who claim that all other channels are WET are ignoring the real problem -- a serious intolerance for whites. Whites aren't "allowed" to exhibit any pride in their "race" without being labelled as racist or bigoted. It simply defies logic that there can be black pride and latino pride and asian pride but I can't be proud of my Irish ancestry without being ridiculed.

Apparently tolerance is only for whites to show, not for anyone else.

I have said this many many times. Its true, if there was a WET it would be considered racism. And you look at the black college fund, wheres the white college fund? There isnt, because it would be considered racist. When a black man says "*****" its funny and is ok. when a white man says "*****" its considered racist. A huge double standard, and I will say what I want to say, and no law will stop me from saying it.

WET currently goes by

CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX,

as they are owned run and controled by whites, and primarialy trageting a white audience.

with regards to a latino station, it makes perfect sense given the proximity to a spanish speaking country with a high number of decendants and influx of immgrants.

With regards to Pride and Television Stations or Networks that cater to pride.

The market dictates what is on television who survives.
There is a market for spanish language programing.... you can assign the word pride to it but i serriously think its more a practicle matter.

With regards to Asian langues station the same.

with regards to BET... Seriouslythe reason it exsistist is because instead of assimliation after the End of the civil war...
oh remember that whole slavery thing where rules and social customs were created to exclude and exploit..ect ect ect...

anyway there is a distinct culture created to fill in the gaps left by a white power based society post civil war, post jim crow, post segratiion, post ect ect....

so what they are selling in a market of ideas is a product not pride...
there is a market for BET. so it exsist..again if you need WET for pride there is a problem..

as the market for whites is CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX, UPN....they take their ethinc shows and cater them to white audiences even.

pride. you don't need a television to have some pride.
maybe you listen to the am radio where its more pride friendly.

its a messed up world. i have thought about this before, and MANNN oprah would get that show banned before the first airing. dam rasicm. get BET off the air, they already got MTV. all thats on there is rap anyways. sometimes i wish i was around before all this **** going down in the world these days.
