I have extremely low self confidence. I look in the mirror, see my flaws, and think of my family thinking that I'm really fat and ugly and an embarrassment.

"My" truth doesn't exist. Truth is universal. None of us have our "own" truth. There is only one true truth.
Anyone who has their "own" truth.... doesn't have the truth at all.
There is no "version" of the truth.
It either is, or it isn't.
