That's an easy one... the penis. Without it, I just wouldn't feel like a man. Even facial hair wouldn't do the trick, say... if I had a vagina and breasts. It's actually more a combination of having a penis, a deeper voice, more facial hair, and not having a vagina or breasts. It may seem shallow, but those are the most essential parts of being a man to me; anything else can stay or go and I'd still feel like a man.
