Sounds like the baby has dropped and you have eaten something that is not agreeing with you. But, at the same time, you are the only one that really knows. If you are unsure, call the doc. That is what they are there for. They much rather have you call them and have been worrying for nothing than you not to call and go into labor at 30 weeks. You definately don't want that. My suggestion would be to wait an hour or so and see how you are feeling. Congratulations on the baby.

You should call your doctor right now. If he isn't available, another one will be on call. If you've been vomitting more than 24 hours, you may need IV fluids at the hospital or doctor's office. You may have a urinary tract infection or the baby is pushing on your bladder. When you vomit, it pushes on your bladder as well (because of the pressure.) Do you have a fever? Does it hurt when you urinate? Braxton Hicks usually don't hurt. Are you bleeding at all or spotting? Get checked right away.

You don't have long to go, but to be sure your not in labour or having any problems I would be on the safe side and go to a doctor, I'm sure it'll put your mind at ease. Good luck
