i want to to know when airplane traveling against earth direction movement, does it effect in in time, as earth is moving under the airolane i think therefore the speed will be the difference between the earth movement and the airplane movement.

The rotational speed of earth at the equator is 465m/s.

When we say that the rotational speed of earth at the equator is 465m/s the speed is measured with respect to a fixed star in the celestial sphere.

All objects including the plane [when it is at rest on a station] is moving with this speed to ward east direction.

Let the plane start and move toward west with a speed of Vm/s.

The speed V which we now say is with respect to the station from which it started or with respect to our earth.

People any where on the earth will say that the plane is moving with a speed of Vm/s toward west.

But from the reference frame attached to the fixed star [stationary], the earth is moving with a speed of 465 m/s toward east and the plane is moving with a speed of { 465 - V] again toward east. [Since V < 465]

The earth moving fast whereas the plane is receding from the earth [station]

If the plane moves exactly with the speed 465m/s toward west, the observer from the star will say that the plane is at rest whereas the earth is moving with a speed of 465m/s toward east.

The people on earth will say that the plane is moving with a speed of 465m/s toward west.

The only thing that effects the speed of an airplane is realitive air speed.

Air tends to move in the direction of the rotation of the earth.

no as long as you remain in the atmosphere the ground does not move faster underneath you. However because of time zones a flight from east to west results in less of a change in time.

It makes no difference. It is something like walking inside a train compartment from one end to the other(to and fro) when the train is moving very fast in one direction.
