All I remember was 3 people in a car. A girl driving, and another guy in the front seat. The guy in the back had a glowing finger for some reason, and I think they were bringing him to the hospital. I know that doesn't help much, but it's all I remember. Any ideas?

GAH! I know this movie.
They're not taking him the hospital. I remember he touched an Alien or something to that effect and he has to release the energy from the finger but they're being followed by the cops. It might be Repo Man but not 100% sure
