i have really skinny arms and a realllly small waist but then my boobs are kinda on the bigger side and my hips/butt are bigger so are my thighs. Are my measurements wierd?

whenever i try and loose weight my arms and waist just get smaller how can i get my hips/thighs/butt smaller? i exercise but it just makes them bigger

Actually, your measurements are more than good, I'd say they are perfect. add to it that you have skinny arms, big thighs, butt and boobs, and you simply must look super-gorgeous, super feminine!
If you wear tube tops and miniskirts, you must be the envy of many girls who are not as fortunate as you are, as you must look drop-dead gorgeous in any sexy outfit you pick to wear.
Probably the only thing you should worry about is keeping your body as gorgeous as it is now. Skinny arms and waist ARE A BLESSING, same as big boobs, butt and thighs so you should thank God every day for that. Many girls have to go to a surgeoun to get what you already have.

Yes you do have very good measurements. In fact, you have the ideal body type, the hourglass. Don't worry about your waist being too skinny or your bottom or anything else-- keep up your figure with aerobic exercise, lifting small weights, and eating right. Goodness knows, once you go to college warding off the freshman 15 will be hard as it is!!
