Not even close.

Bonds is not the best hitter in history, Ted Williams is.

Bonds is not the best basestealer in history, Ricky Henderson is.

Bonds is not the best defensive left fielder in history, I am not sure who would be, but it certainly isn't bonds who even before he took steroids didn't cover any ground in the field.

Bonds is not the best average hitter in baseball and not the best power hitter in history.

Bonds doesn't have an accurate or strong arm, as evidenced by the fact that Sid Bream(whose time in the 100yd dash can be timed in minutes) scored from second base and beat a throw home from barry bonds who was just behind the shortstop in short left.

As to his numbers, they are in fact steroid driven according to the facts and logic.

Barry Bonds ADMITS to taking the "CLEAR AND THE CREAM"

The "CLEAR AND THE CREAM" is according to: the chemist who created it, the balco president, documents from the balco lab, FBI testing, the testimony of Jason Giambi; a STEROID.

Now a little LOGIC education, the very basics of logic is the fact that if A=B, and B=C, then logically A=C.

Barry Bonds took the "CLEAR AND THE CREAM" (A=B) and the "CLEAR AND THE CREAM" is a STEROID(B=C), so LOGICALLY Barry Bonds took steroids(A=C).

As to personality, Cal Ripken has never been accused of cheating on his wife as Bonds has. Cal Ripken has always gone out of his way for his teammates, the press, and the fans, unlike Bonds, who fights with the press, fights with his teammates and ignores the fans.

So your comparison to Bonds and Ripken as to their personality is BEYOND idiotic, you would have done better to have left it to a comparison between Bonds and Ty Cobb.

Imagine an ALL-TIME baseball lineup, Ted Williams in left, Willie Mays in center and Hank Aaron in right, Bonds doesn't even appear in the discussion.

The only greatest that Barry Bonds will ever be in baseball history is either loser, cheater, or a**.

Bonds is an amazing athlete for sure. However, my heart still lies with Mickey Mantle, Roger Maris and Hank Aaron.
