After 11 years of marriage I still feel passionate about my wife. I dream about her delicious body, tell her how wonderful she looks in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening. The rip-off-the-clothes-frantically passion stopped when we began living together. After we got married the passion was and is always there, lurking just below the surface. Sometimes at parties she will grab me, or I will grab her. Sometimes she will whisper something in my ear that will give me an instant erection. That can be embarrassing. You get what I mean. We still have plenty of passion. I anticipate it will continue. She's 62 and I'm 71, incidentally.

You have to care enough to make it last. When you loose interest in the other person, you won't feel the attraction, like you used to.And then the passion starts to fade. No one can tell you how long passion will last . You either feel it or you don't

Romantic love involves chemical changes in the brain that last 12 - 18 months. After that you and your partner are on your own. Love can absolutely last for a lifetime as desired to be maintained. Meaning, its both your choice.
Bottom Line:
IT WILL LAST, if you know how to commit

IT is different for every couple. It seems like after a while people just get comfortable and don't show as much to each other.Relationships are a lot of work.I think there are a lot of things to help keep the flame going though.

It's all up to the couple. I still feel very passionate about my boyfriend. We've been together for over two years. We are still in that 'honey moon stage'. Just make each other happy.

as long as you still have:
1. the energy to keep up the foreplay
2. the time you make to lavish on the other
3. the commitment to make it work
4. last but not least, the passion you still feel as you felt for that person as if it's the first time.

Anywhere from 20 minutes- to a Lifetime... It depends ENTIRELY on the "quality" of the participants- and the nature of their relationship...
