High Maintainance means you spend a lot of time and money on your appearance:
clothing, accessories, jewelry
hair - color, cut, style
face - facials, dermabrasion, chemical peel, products
body - waxes, massages, whirlpool
makeup - tries all new ones, and keeps buying old reliables
nails - manis, pedis
Oh, and you take at least an hour to get ready on an ordinary day - two to four for evenings out.
*I get ready in 10 to 15 minutes, not counting breakfast.
My youngest son takes ten.
My husband takes 15 to 30 minutes.
My oldest son takes at least an hour!

high maintenance means you have to have the hottest designer. and always have to have yure hair done and makeup. im known as high maintence but oh well

it simply means that you are expensive to keep happy..
