Not necessarily. What will help is to firm the underlying tissue through exercise. You can learn to do dumbell flies and incline presses, although you'll probably have to go to the gym to do it. That will give you nice pectoral muscles and help make you look firmer. Also, an exercise program at the gym will help with your weight loss and make you look nice and toned.

The only way to firm them up is to firm up the pectoral muscles underneath them. Look up some pec workouts to help you get there. Weight loss alone will not do it.

they will not firm up. in fact, as you lose weight, you lose some breast tissue because it's mainly composed of fat. you'll likely get more sagging. if you do pectoral exercises with weights, you'll build muscle under you breast which will ten to lift your babies up and make them appear firmer.

They will get smaller, but chances are that they will just sag with excess skin. Try doing breast pumps by pushing your hands together above your breasts, but not above your head multiple times, you will feel the muscles tense up after a while. Push ups will help too. They won't become perky though.
