by reading the other answers I can tell that it must depend on the lab. I did both the 1 hour and the 3 hour and was only aloud to drink water until I got to the lab then when I drank the nasty drink I couldn't drink anything else. I would suggest that you go to the lab the day before and ask them all the questions so that you know. My doc also told me to avoid sugars the day before I had planned on having my test so that the 1 hour would be more accurate. When you have sugars the day before you fast for a test they usually make your levels come up more. good luck and I hope that you don't get sick

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

During my 3 hour test I was told that they didn't really want me to drink water, but that I could take 'sip or two' if I needed it. How do they expect you to be there three hours and not be able to drink? It wasn't all that bad, but still, every patient is different. Good Luck!

I was not allowed to drink anything besides that nasty Glucola. I was told I couldn't leave the waiting room during the test either, I had to take the looong test too. I was borderline GD with #1 and I had GD with #3.

generally,no you're not allowed to drink anything except the Glucose stuff. even water can effect your sugar levels a little bit. ask tho when you arrive, they might make an exception. good luck!

No. I was told not to drink or eat anything from the time I got up. I didn't have my appointment until around noon so I was starving and hated waiting that hour.
