Children do that to express defiance or dislike.

When an adult does it, it it usually done with a playful attitude. It can be a comical response a critisism or insult. Or to say "no way."

But I don't know of any adult who would stick their tongue out at someone with serious anger.

Albert Einstien's most famous photo is of him sticking his tongue out at a crowd of photographers.

well, it depends on if they were joking... but i don't know... i guess it can mean like "shut up"... or "f*** u"... although there are better gestures for that...

look at their eyes.if their mean looking then it means i don't like you. if their smiling then they like you.
