trust yourself above anything and anyone, learn to do things according to your conscience and dont be preoccupied by trying to get their approval. live your life the way you like it, so that at the end of the day you'll enjoy the fruits more.

It took me years to understand why I am so distrusting of everyone including my family. To understand and realize that I have very good reasons to be like the way I am came as a big relief. because for years, I carried a heavy weight of guilt and shame that only got heavier with time to the point of being certain that I was the problem, did not deserve respect... So, every time I feel this way from now on, it's very important for me to stop these emotions of shame and guilt take over then to remind myself that I do have someone I can trust, me.

Heh, I get the same feeling sometimes.

That's why I get on here =D

You can go into Yahoo Chatrooms, or get a myspace, basically any chat site..find someone who is nice, and stuff, and just talk to them.

I'm only 16, and my parents and me do not get along, so I got on here when I was like 12, found a girl I used to know who moved, now whenever I need to talk, and I can't trust my parents or my sister, I talk to her, and since she's so far away, and has no contact with anyone here anymore, it's safe proof.
